Can the Undertaker be backed up (in reverse)?
The Undertaker backs much like any trailer but with the short wheelbase, steering and counter-steering are exaggerated and a “Jacknife” can severely damage your bike. Because it is difficult to see the bike’s body from the driver’s seat, we recommend backing only with an outside “Spotter” to assist with directions and very slowly and carefully negotiate the maneuver. It is best to avoid the situation when determining parking location, etc. When towing alone, it is safest to remove the bike and reposition the tow vehicle in the desired direction of travel and reconnect. |
